We are extremely satisfied
with the performance of the ActiveRes software and staff and we highly recommend
them. We gave them a very short time
frame to launch the front desk module followed by the website, and they managed
to meet our deadlines and our expectations.
We have researched, tested and used many Point of Sale packages over the last 3
years and we have found that ActiveRes is the best we have ever used.
The ability to sell tickets online has been a great benefit for our customers
and our staff. Soon after launching
the website module, our online ticket sales soared to our highest levels ever and
now account for a substantial amount of our overall sales.
Our ticket office hours increased tremendously; we are now open 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week, but our staffing needs have actually decreased, especially
on busy weekends. Using ActiveRes has
also saved us many hours of accounting as well; all of our transactions are paid
into our own merchant account, and all of our sales data is easy to find through
many, many relevant reports. We have
enjoyed using the current product, and we are looking forward to the next software
update.
