ActivRes Pro™
Whether walk-in, phone-in or online bookings our program is a comprehensive
booking management program that will work for you. Your activities are displayed
on a calendar driven screen that shows through colour coding from green indicating
maximum available to red indicating fully booked. A booking procedure is followed
acquiring customer information, pick-up point, payment information, payment processing,
waiver forms, retail purchases, rental equipment, source of booking, and more. Through
this single entry invoicing and manifests are generated as well as more than 20
financial and management reports. Required resources such as equipment and guides
are attached to the activity that is time driven. This prevents over booking and
resource misallocations. Our Operators report reduced staffing costs and much greater
operational efficiency compared to paper, spreadsheet and phone/fax sytems. Day
end procedures and financial reporting reduce risk of losses and facilitate financial
statement preparation. With multiple work station deployment all bookings of activities
are current for each work station.
ActivRes Express™
The Express version of our program is designed to run parallel to your
existing booking and operational management procedures. This provides Operators
with the opportunity to make a paced transition to the Pro version. Our experience
is that once an Operator gets familiar with the program, its reliable performance
and its operational advantages a full transition to the Pro version occurs.
ActivRes Web™
Our web module provides online real-time booking capacity through your
website directly into your database. It is also the access point to our booking
network.
ActivRes Networks™
Our networks are being built where we have an established core of Operators.
We commence building local networks by inviting your established resellers/booking
offices to join the network. From there we expand the local network to a regional
level, then national and then international. This is a powerful new sales channel
that facilitates 24/7 booking of your activities with full reporting to both parties,
the Operator and the Booking Office, greatly reducing the costs to both and greatly
reducing the phone/fax/paperwork elements involved in conventional booking processes.
Guests staying at hotels call the front desk or concierge request an activity and it
is confirmed to them within minutes. This is a significant competitive advantage
to Operators who are members of the network. Hotel guests and hotels also benefit
from improved service and greater customer satisfaction.
